Easy way to get it :
The first time you run Sing and Study, you will be presented with choice of study sets.
Also the software has a menu option to add study sets automatically – in “Study Sets” drop down menu.

Manual way if you prefer:
All you need to do is download the file (Right click on the link) and import it into the application. To import is easy, run the application, in the menu bar choose File->Import, a window will appear, select the file you just downloaded.
Send your sets in other languages to admin@singandstudy.com so others can use it too!
